Dog was being loaded into car but unknow if driver took Willow home or to nearest Vet ER. - Spayed female - Pink collar - Salmon & grey reflective vest - No microchip - left eye brown - right eye blue CHP, Alhambra PD, Cal Trans, surrounding shelters have been contacted but no trace of Willow Owner obtaining nearby video footage for more info Owner does not live in area Mother feels extremely guilty that dog escaped while under her watch Owner beyond devastated & offering to pay generous cash reward for the return of Willow ANY information, call 24/7:
