I have been working with the Santa Clarita Police Department and Los Angeles Animal Control for 13 days. He is microchipped and is wearing a blue harness and has a blue collar with his name Maynard and my name Jennifer McMullan and contact information. The woman I lived with got rid of him last Sunday, February 15th. He is an ESA Registered Service Animal.

He is friendly but may be scared. His head is often tilted to the right due to a neck injury that required surgery. This may help identify him.
