🚨 LOST DOG — TODO — HACIENDA DR. NEAR NOCHE VISTA LN. 18 years old · 15 lbs · DEAF · missing since Sat 7/25, 7:30 a.m. An Amazon driver left our gate open Saturday morning and Todo got out. We just moved to the neighborhood, so she doesn't know the area — and because she's deaf, she can't hear us calling. She is most likely hiding somewhere quiet and close by. Please take 60 seconds to check: Garages and sheds (she may have slipped in unnoticed) Under decks, porches, and cars Behind bushes, fences, and side yards Have a Ring or security camera facing the street? Please check Saturday 7/25, 6:30–8:30 a.m. and email me at rebeccajblakesley@gmail.com. Even footage without Todo in it helps — it tells us which direction she didn't go. Thank you so much. 🙏 — Rebecca

Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my dog. What should I do?

Take advantage of online platforms – they help you get the word out, quickly and easily. You can report your lost dog to PawBoost in no time flat. We'll send an email alert to our local members, post to the PawBoost-powered Facebook page for your area, add your dog to our lost & found, and make a lost dog flyer – all for free.

Other sites that help you raise local awareness for your lost dog with minimal time and effort are Nextdoor.com – a PawBoost partner – and Craigslist. Both of these sites have very active lost & found sections mainly used for lost pets. We highly recommend you use these resources in addition to PawBoost!

Visit your local shelters and animal control agencies in person. Details can get lost in translation over the phone and that might lead to missed connection.

If chipped, make sure your dog's microchip is registered and up to date. If you don't know your pet's chip manufacturer or number, your vet should be able to help locate this information.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the San Francisco community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
