Black with White Chihuahua, he about 5 years old. Doesn't like strangers and will begin to bark and doesn't stop and is not kid friendly either. He had a red and black collar on when he was with me for the last time. I was pulled over for a citation and taken into custody. I left him with my friend that was at the location where I got pulled over. He is chipped and neutered and fully vaccinated.
