Did have a pink collar on her. Sassy is Emotional Support Dog. Big Reward with no questions ask for her safe return. If you see her can call. 9/18/23 Still nothing as of yet -- been hanging flyers out all around NEW Castle plz if someone see her with another person please let me know.
