Lost Male Cat last seen Pine St. Frederick St Kellogg Woodlawn, Waterbury, CT 06710

Chester Male Cat

LOST PET ID: 69696098

Waterbury, CT 06710

Chester is an orange male. He is an indoor|outdoor kitty who follows his routine. He refuses to remain indoors, goes out during the day time but has always stayed close by and always returns later in the evening when I call for him. He never responded nor came back Thursday evening when I called and looked for him. I gave it a day or two in case he just ventured off on his own but today still no sign of him. He would have come back to get his food. He usually hangs around close by to our hse while outside and always responds to me. He's friendly with people but prefers not to be around other cats. Please, if you've seen him, found him, or have him, reach out to me. He is not a homeless cat.

Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my pet. What should I do?

Take advantage of online platforms – they help you get the word out, quickly and easily. You can report your lost pet to PawBoost in no time flat. We’ll send an email alert to our local members, post to the PawBoost-powered Facebook page for your area, add your pet to our lost & found, and make a lost pet flyer – all for free.

Other sites that help you raise local awareness for your lost pet with minimal time and effort are Nextdoor.com – a PawBoost partner – and Craigslist. Both of these sites have very active lost & found sections mainly used for lost pets. We highly recommend you use these resources in addition to PawBoost!

Visit your local shelters and animal control agencies in person. Details can get lost in translation over the phone and that might lead to missed connection.

If chipped, make sure your pet’s microchip is registered and up to date. If you don’t know your pet’s chip manufacturer or number, your vet should be able to help locate this information.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the New Haven community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
