Spotted - could not catch: medium (?50-60lb) tan and white dog sleeping on closed portion of Wood Crest road behind Terrace apmts. Tried to leash and take to scan for chip/ safety but dog ran down hill towards highland ave/ fire station. Not aggressive but scared. No collar I could see but wouldn't let me close. Exact location:
