Russian Blue first spotted back in January in an area where I feed other strays. I have been unable to trap her to bring her in to be scanned for a microchip because she doesn't come around consistently/ at the same time every day. But if the owner is out there, I could direct them to the areas she's been spotted in the past couple of months and as recently as earlier tonight.
