Could be from any location and have been missing for a long period of time. The white stripe on his butt might appear more prominent in the photo since he's puffed up. Please spread the word that this cat has surfaced at 1600 block East 20th avenue and wants to get back safely. Please help him find his owners, this is a coyote hotspot and is not safe at night.
