Is this anyone's dog? He's in the Oak Cliff area. He has a front broken leg and looks like a puppy still, probably around 5 months. It looks like he's had this broken leg for a while now since he doesn't yelp or seem hurt when we handle him. He's very calm around company but cries when he's left alone. His hair is also more curly than straight. He seems to enjoy wet food rather than dry food if any of this information helps.
