Chicago, IL 60601

The cat is a female brown/gray tabby with a collar but no tag and no chip. Probably a few months old. She is very friendly to humans. The collar looks like an anti-flea collar and appears a bit old. We found her near North Harbor Drive at night on Aug 13 in Chicago. If this is your cat, please let me know.
