This guy looks like a big dog in a low-rider body – maybe Basset Hound/Terrier?? He’s very much an adult but doesn’t have noticeable gray. He does not appear to have been altered, but does have a notch in his ear, whatever that might mean. He is reserved and observant – very serious fellow that will give tail wags when approached for petting.
