He's 4 years old, is neutered and is chipped, hes friendly and isn't afraid of dogs. He's skittish because he never lived outside. All black face Tux with a white chin. All 4 feet are white like hes wearing sox, has a white chest. Has balding (when last seen) on lower back. Has a small white patch of hair on lower back as well. I've got a possible sighting in West York on Princess but idk if its accurate.
