Black aging to gray, less than 7 pounds. Part Shih tzu part papillion. With white on his chin and small area of chest.Harpo is intact and his tail was amputated earlier this year. I believe someone has picked him up and keeping him. He is well cared for and missed greatly. I did not give anyone permission to take or keep him. I want Harpo returned safely. We pray that he is safe and returns home.
