REWARD OFFERED - Charlie is still missing and it's running almost 3 weeks now. Has a large burn spot on the right side and another one on the left but smaller. As of 10/18, there were sightings of him on Grove Way residential property around 5 a.m. Please help. We just rescued him and he was already settling in his new . He maybe aloof. You can try calling his name and pretend you have a treat for him so he comes to you. If someone has him, please let us know that he's safe. Let us know if his status. Thank you.
