Black and White Neutered Tuxedo Cat This handsome gentleman has been coming around for about 3~4 months. He looks to be neutered, but his ear wasn't clipped, so had I assumed he belonged to someone. I checked him for a microchip, but didn't detect one. I also put a breakaway color with a note on him last week, but he's still wearing it without contact from any owner, so it doesn't look like he's been in awhile
