All black cat, I think its a female but not 100% sure. Its super sweet and friendly. Has a frayed, reddish piece of cloth tied around its neck but no tag. Its very chatty and seems lost and scared. I fed it but unfortunately can’t keep it indoors. It has light green eyes.

All black cat, I want to say it was a girl but hard to tell since its night time. It had what appeared to be an orangey/reddish frayed piece of cloth around its neck serving as a collar i’m guessing but no tag. It was super sweet and came up to me and was very chatty. Seems like its in distress. I wish I could’ve taken better pics but its dark and it kept moving a lot.
