Kitten was taken to animal services and confirmed no micro-chip. Cat is now residing in a comfortable and big cat kennel temporarily until we can re-home it. Cat has not been neutered and does not have a clipped ear, so it doesn't look like a TNR kitten. We waited for a mother cat to show up but one never did. This photo was taken when we found her. We have not given the kitten a name. I would prefer not to drop her off at open-admission shelter as there is a small chance it would be euthanized humanely. The kitten is litterbox trained and seems to be at least 8 weeks old as it is semi-athletic and its coordination and balance seem good.
