The photo attached shows her mate (a male budgie) who looks exactly identical to her, but Lulu has a silver metal leg band and some bare spots/missing feathers on her chest from nesting and feeding her 4 babies. She is very scared and flies fast. Last seen moving quickly near the Nomahegan Pool and Tennis Club in Westfield. If spotted, please approach calmly and contact me immediately!
